It's being called "Spirit! of Wyoming Homeownership Initiative" and offers a 2.5% initial rate with the rate adjusting up to 4.5% on year 11. There are elgiblity requirements ~ the purpose of this program is to recruit and retain critical workforce in Wyoming. You must be active military, a veteran, or be employed in one of the following fields: community &amp; social service occupations, education, training and library, healthcare practitioners &amp; technical occupations, healthcare support &amp; protective service occupations.
